during the summer holiday, i read a fairy story named "beauty and the beast" and i was deeply touched.
the story is once upon a time there was a prince, he isnsquo;t kind and he is lack of compassion. he can't treat each passing old man, also with sticks hustle them. one day, a mage to before him and said: "you are a people person! i didn't want to turn you into a beast. there are five roses, are you five years of life. for five years, you must learn to good, especially have love."
one day, a jeweler lost his way, come to the alace, he plucked a beautiful rose to going to his daughter. see the beast, in anger say: "this is my life, and i will kill you, unless you put your daughter to me." so, beauty came to the beast side, care for her and love her beast, to her warm, let her like staying in their homes as well.
the days passed and the beauty want to see his father, the beast told her to hurry back. beauty home, forget time, magic mirror remind beauty to back as soon as possible to beast side. when the beauty went back to beast, roses last petal beltwas raised-in.the beast went back to the handsome prince.
the story makes me understand that the person should have a heart and should care about others.

仔细阅读了《小学英语课程标准》,读后感觉获益颇多。
首先就此书的特点而言,它将素质教育理念与国内当前英语教学环境相结合,使新课标具有更强的实用性。同时,新课标的内容更为充实,指导性更细致明确,在实际推行过程中也更容易落到实处。
其次,就此书对我自身的教学影响而言主要有以下几点:
第一,教学目标的设置更为明确。我在实际教学中曾出现教学达不到预设目标的情况,而在读过本书后这一困扰便随之清除。第二,教学重点把握更为准确。小学英语教学主要以培养学生的学习兴趣及学习自信为主,注重语言的运用能力而并非是让学生们会做题目。第三,教学形式更灵活多样。在这一课程标准下老师讲学生听的传统式课堂完全不能满足当前的英语教学要求。于是,我便采取更多灵活的课堂组织方式,如小组讨论、表演展示、知识竞答等,既调动了学生学习的积极性,又活跃了课堂气氛,还培养了学生自主学习的能力。第四,教学评价更完善。在新课标的指导下,我改变了以前以分数论英雄的评价模式,从更多的角度去评价学生的学习行为。
看完这本书,我也更清楚地知道一名优秀的小学英语教师应该具备良好的心理素质、语言素质、文化素质、理论素质、驾驭教材的素质、教学实践素质和教育技术素质。教师是主导,学生是主体。但一切教学目标和任务的完成毕竟要通过学生实现。因此,教师的主导作用只有根据学生主体的心理特征和内在需求,因材施教,根据小学英语课堂具体情况,创造出学生最满意、收效最好的教法和技巧。

written in the first chapter of the book pride and prejudice is an extraordinary sentence of which even a person who has had only a brief look upon the book will not fail to receive a deep impression-it is a truth universally acknowledged that a single man in possession of a good fortune must be in want of a wife. in terms of sherlock holmes, we’d better alter the sentence into “it is a fact universally accepted by readers throughout the world that an excellent book in possession of our famous detective sherlock holmes is undoubtedly a masterpiece of all times.” perhaps this is one of the most obvious explanations for the unrivaled popularity of “holmes series” in the field of detective stories. overwhelmed by the recommendations provided by my friends, i decided to take a look on this sherlock holmes and the duke’s son originally published by oxford university press.
as a whole, this book is about a case concerning the duke’s missing son. arthur, the duke’s son, was found out in a certain morning to have disappeared, accompanied with which was also the disappearance of the german teacher. the school master dr. huxtable then turned to the famous detective of the time sherlock holmes for help. realizing how tough and important the case is, holmes immediately made up his mind to accept the case and followed dr. huxtable back to mackleton by train. having formed a rough idea about the whole matter, holmes probed into the case immediately and had a careful investigation of the entire area shortly after the arrival, during the proceof which he discovered the body of the german teacher heidegger. finally, primarily due to his prominent ability as a detective, he managed to unravel the mystery and obtained the twelve thousand pounds promised by the duke.
having once started reading this fiction, i was completely immersed in the mysterious stor.

were one to have the profound hatred, were one to avenge and harm his family who seems too far to harm, he would be either a hero or a monster. should he fight the unbeatable foe and right the wrong, should he bear with unbearable sorrow, should he ruin himself in twisted enthusiasm, he would be hamlet.
among all the masterpieces of william shakespeare, “hamlet”, undoubtedly is worshipped and as one of the most successful and admired tragedies, while the character hamlet remains one of the most loved dramatis personas in all-time history of literature.
to have read shakespeare's “romeo and juliet” by the age of 16, i was moved to tears, while having no empathy with his another great one “tempest”。 presumably when i get 60 or older, i could be wise enough to understand the latter, but find it nothing worthwhile to go over the former one, where lays a romantic story that the only youngsters are addicted to. but it's a fact that whenever in our lifetime after gaining such experiences as getting through hard times, or, finding a real self, from “hamlet”, we always find something that we consider as perpetuation, which is worth deep thoughts. this is because it highlights hamlet's choices of life, choices made under certain circumstances of history and society, requested by the fate extraordinary to hamlet himself, but ordinary to mankind. that is, to some extent, his experiences make a similar one to ours and, his destiny is something we're facing sometime in our own lives.
we're possibly the same. we explore the truth in the dark. we discover facts from the mist. we lose ourselves in determinations. we trespass on which we're forbid to be, hesitates at love and hatred, and struggle to rebuild system of values and spiritual prop in a world without standards and scales of standards.
hamlet couldn't have been perfect. he is very much a person motivated by irrational enthusiasm, impetuous enough to kill polonius only to find it's a mistake as the victim is not the king. but somehow it is for his poor enthusiasm, his weakness of humanity, that hamlet touches countless readers, as everyone makes out himself from the ill-fated prince.
hamlet's “revenge” isn't so much simply the killing of claudius, as it is the purging of all the rottenness in the danish court. and although it costs him his life, he succeeds.
at some time, we all consider how much wrong there is in the world. “hamlet” gives us a chance to watch an ordinary person consciously choose to say “no!” to the world's wrongness and falsities, and to strike back with power. william shakespeare held up the mirror to something in us that is precious.
i hear hamlet thinking, “too many people waste too much effort doing things that are not worthwhile. it's a bad world, and i am far from a perfect human being. we all end up dead in the end. so i am going to do something worthwhile, and do it right.”
i hear him wondering, “what is a man, if his chief good and market of his time. is but to sleep and feed? a beast, no more.”
i hear him whispering “to be, or not to be, aye, there's the point. to die, to sleep, is that all? aye, all.”
that makes a hero to me, regardless of his blindness and madness which haunt everyone for a while in his time. thousands of readers may have thousands of their own hamlet, but there's something that stays the same, that hamlet dares to run, where the brave dare not go. that's his quest.

最近,读了陶行知先生的《陶行知教育名著教师读本》,读这本书,反思今天的教育,不难发现,尽管陶行知先生所倡导的生活教育理念已经有70多年的历史,尽管我们的教育改革已经推进了那么多年,但我们真实的课堂教学还是那样像陶先生所描述的“传统教育”,离他倡导的“生活教育”还差的很远!
首先,学生从小学到中学到大学,十六年的教育下来,等于一个吸了烟的虫;肩不能挑,手不能提,面黄肌瘦,弱不禁风,再加上要经过那些月考、学期考、毕业考、会考、升学考等考试,到了一个大学毕业出来,足也瘫了,手也瘫了,脑子也用坏了,身体的健康也没有了。大学毕业就进棺材,这叫做读书死,生活教育不教学生自己吃自己,而教学生做人。生活教育反对杀人的种.种考试,教人读活书、活读书。
由此,作为一名教师要适应知识经济的需要,就要时时更新自己的观念,及时获取相关的信息,不断进取,发展自己,完善自己。俗话说:“活到老,学到老。”现在的社会日新月异,我们周围时刻充满着变化。一个有强烈使命感的人,应有一种危机感。怎样才能跟上时代的步伐,而不被社会所淘汰呢?答案只有一个,那就是心怀进取心,下苦功夫学。正如陶先生说的那样:“学习,学习,学习,学到人所不知,人所不能我们要虚心的跟一切人学,跟先生学,跟大众学,跟小孩学,跟朋友学,跟大自然学,也跟大社会学,要学的专,也要学的博。”
作为一名教师,我将永远牢记陶先生的教诲,不断更新教育观念,以陶行知先生的理论为指导思想,引导学生手脑并用,学会过硬的技能,使学生的素质全面发展,成为具有创新精神和创新能力的有用人才!

over the course of this semester,i read a moving book:the little prince.it impressed me a lot,especially,the pure but deep emotion(love) between the characters such as the pilot and the little prince,the rose and the little prince,the fox and the little prince.the book remind me of the pure and nice emotion only found in childhood.
the main character our little prince live on a planet named b612 acpany with there volcanoes an a rose who falls in love with him but can not understand each other.consequencely,he leave his planet and his endless travelling.during this period,he e across a diversity of people. from these people he gets a conclusion that the grown-ups are very odd.then he enter earth and found thousands of roses alike.the little prince discovers thathis rose is notthe only ,plenty of her kind are everywhere, but then he realizes that his rose is special "because it is she that i have watered; because it is she that i have put under the glass globe; because it is she that i have sheltered behind the screen" . then he fall across the fox. she teaches the prince "it is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye ".
what impresses me the most is the foxs words.love is a strange stuff.sometimes we see it but cant grasp it.yet, true love may be, to some extent, invisible in surface but may last permanent.apart from love, others as well.indeed,sometimes what we consider right turn out to be wrong,what we consider real proves fictitious,what we confused may just turn out to be the truth.the path in searching for truth may long and time-consuming,we should harbour conviction,strong will and high hope.no matter what barriade in front of us,we ought to be couragous and face up to the challenge.
