本学期我们开展了学生就业指导这门课程，通过一学期的学习感触颇深，从中学习了很多。

在老师的仔细而全面的讲解中，我系统地学习和了解了许多有关大学生就业的相关知识，不但有理论上的收获，如我了解了目前的就业形势，面试礼仪，简历的制作等等理论知识。而且尝试着第一次制作了自己的求职简历。这种理论融合实践的学习方法，使我对就业指导有了直接而较全面的认识。我也从中学习到了就业之前要了解就业环境与就业制度以及要准备的就业材料，更重要是要端正就业观。下面我将从几个方面详细讲述我在《就业指导》课程中学到的一些知识与体会。

一、就业形势

在全球金融危机的影响下，我国就业形式相当严峻！在此背景之下，据教育部的统计，2010年，全国普通高校毕业生达559万人，而全国高校毕业生总量压力还将继续增加，2010年高校毕业生规模达到611万人，比2010年增加52万人。据统计，2010年毕业大学生实际就业率不到70%。2017年高校毕业生人数史上最多，达到699万每年高校毕业生数量不断增加，再加之历年未就业的毕业生数量，照这样的趋势，到明年2018年毕业生数量又是一个历史新高。

二、自我定位

首先，要端正大学生的就业观念。每年就有约几百万应届大学毕业生，就业竞争甚大，在这种严峻的形势背景下，端正好自身就业观非常重要。相关调查资料显示，当前很多大学生眼高手低、好高骛远，最终未能找到合适的工作，因此我认为大学生在就业之前应该有一个准确的定位：仔细想想自己能做什么、会做什么、该从哪里做起。一般而言，影响毕业生自我定位有如下因素：其一是职业定位模糊。由于是初次择业，多自考毕业生大都抱着“边走边瞧，边走边跳，走一步，算一步”的想法，没有认真想一想自己的职业定位问题，也没有一个职业生涯规划。其二是不能正确地评价自己。有的毕业生在择业过程中总是过高地估价自己，自我定位过高,因此总是找不到一个适合自己的就业岗位，到最后反而“嫁不出去”。其三是社会因素的干扰。―些毕业生往往受亲朋好友的影响较大，自己明明已看好某个职位，该职业也较符合自己的综合能力，可周围的亲友一有反对之声，自己就开始动摇了。现实生活中存在的社会职位竞争的不公平、操作的不规范现象，也常常使自考毕业生感到很迷茫，找不准位置，看不清方向。其四是心理素质不过硬。 因此，毕业生在选择职业的过程中，首先要针对自己的实际情况，做好自己的职业定位，规划自己的职业生涯；其次，要根据自己的专业、技能、综合能力和社会用人单位的要求，确定自己的职业定位；另外，毕业生还要排除各种外界干扰，如果自己和用人单位彼此都很满意，就应该早做决断。尽快签订就业协议；再者，就业过程是一个复杂的过程，往往会遇到这样或那样的困难，这就要求自考毕业生努力培养良好的心理承受能力，勇敢地迎接选择未来生活的种种挑战。

三、就业准备

在平时加强积累，并认真做好求职准备。在学好本专业知识的同时，多了解相关专业以及新的行业知识。这里所说的积累不仅仅是学习知识上的积累，还包括社会活动、兼职工作、社会经验以及人生阅历的积累。我们现在所受教育很注重理论基础，但是缺乏理论与实际应用的结合，导致培养出的人才与市场需求脱节。所以我们要 在学习的过程中参与实际工作，经验学习较纯粹的课堂学习来说，学习效果也会更加深刻。并且加强实践。另外，一定要抓住机遇，机遇只垂青有准备的头脑，所以我们都应当做好充分的心理准备，把握恰当的机会。就业要取得别人的欣赏、信任，要“成才”，要让工作找你而不是你找工作。现在的竞争非常激烈，但只要你自己有能力，能向别人证明你的能力，那么担心与忧虑将不属于你。莫泊

再次，要充分准备好就业资料、拓宽求职渠道。例如我们要精心准备好就业推荐表、自荐书、个人简历和相应的技能证书。就业资料准备的好与否，可能直接关系到你面试的成功与否。为了能够最大几率找到自己心仪的工作，就业资料方面我们应该一丝不苟地去做好。找工作，不单可以去参加招聘会，还可以通过网上人才市场来投简历、找人推荐等等渠道。 再其次，笔试和面试过程中需要注意的问题。当你想去面试某单位或者企业时，你必须提前了解该单位或企业的相关信息，以防面试中出现尴尬的场面。根据老师课上的讲解，我认为考官要考察面试者的问题一般有：你能否胜任这份工作、你是否愿意从事这份工作、你跟其他面试者比起来如何，因此考官可能会围绕这些问题来提问。我认为面试者尽力去把自己最优秀的一面表现出来是错误的，因为考官 不是在寻找最优秀的人才而是最适合他们单位或者企业的人才，即不是你会什么，而是你能为企业带来什么。知道考官要找合适的人才后，我们必须对症下药，在面试前认真思考怎样回答才是最好的，争取最大把握通过笔试和面试。在面试时，细节问题同样很重要，穿着必须得体大方、用语要有礼貌、表达吐字要清晰。
